How would you feel to be able to call a trusted, experienced attorney to obtain legal advice on an issue affecting your business and NOT HAVE TO PAY BY THE HOUR, allowing you to budget your legal spend along with your other fixed and variable expenses?
Minchella Law offers small to medum-sized businesses the opportunity to have a general counsel at their disposal, just like other much larger businesses. YGC, or Your General Counsel, is a packaged suite of legal services that provides these businesses their own general counsel - a trusted advisor to provide day-to-day legal advice on a range of legal issues. Employment matters, unemployment compensation hearings, hiring, firing, department of labor compliance, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, evaluation and advice, and analysis of risk exposure in business operations are all provided for a monthly flat retainer. Businesses can choose from a range of YGC plans that fit both their budget and legal needs. The plans are designed and priced around the size of the employer from workforce size and revenue benchmarks.
First Tier: For businesses with 1-20 employees
Second Tier: For business with 21 to 50 employees
Third Tier: For businesses with 51 to 75 employees
Fourth Tier: For business with 76 to 125 employees
Prior to choosing the plan that is best for your businesss, we meet - at no charge - with your management or board of directors to review your business's historical and unique legal needs, review and evaluate the operational aspects of your business that often create legal issues, identify areas of immediate improvement, including employment audits, insurance needs and coverage, regulatory weakness and the like. The monthly plans include one monthly in-person meeting at your site, 3 scheduled telephone conferences per month to address legal issues, and unlimited telephonic or email communication, contract review and drafting, collection demand letters, and general legal services and advice. The Plans do not include specific representation for litigation matters or transactional matters such as purchasing or buying a business or property. Those services can be provided under a different engagement at reduced costs that recognize the value of our ongoing client relationship.
After the first three months of the Plan's existence, we review the work performed, the time dedicated, and discuss with you any adjustments, which may include reducing or increasing the Plan's cost, or implementing a year-end reconciliation to ensure the Plan is fair to you, the buyer, and to us.
