Ms. Fazliu provides paralegal support to the firm. A Kosovo native, Ms. Fazliu emigrated to the United States in the summer of 1999. She graduated from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Connecticut, with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature. Prior to joining Minchella & Associates, she worked as a paralegal for a small general practice law firm in Waterbury, Connecticut where she handled workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. Ms. Fazliu’s responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, discovery preparation and review, summarizing deposition and trial transcripts, correspondence with opposing counsel, court officers and clients, and trial preparation and support.  

In addition to her paralegal responsibilities, Ms. Fazliu manages the firm’s social media accounts. She works with firm leadership on content strategy and development in order to drive engagement on the firm’s social media platforms.
