Ms. Fazliu provides paralegal support to the firm. A Kosovo native, Ms. Fazliu emigrated to the United States in the summer of 1999. She graduated from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Connecticut, with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature. Prior to joining Minchella & Associates, she worked as a paralegal for a small general practice law firm in Waterbury, Connecticut where she handled workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. Ms. Fazliu’s responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, discovery preparation and review, correspondence with opposing counsel, summarizing deposition and trial transcripts and exhibits, client communication and contact, and document review and production.
