We offer a General Counsel Subscription Program allowing Clients to lock in representation for legal services. We believe that small and mid-sized businesses have a right to access quality legal representation without paying by the hour for basic advice, counsel, and representation for legal issues. Small businesses confront many of the same legal problems that larger companies face, including; employment law compliance, contract review and drafting, and day to day legal questions. The difference is that small business do not have a budget to support a full-time in-house attorney, and often hesitate to call an attorney in fear of being “on-the-clock.” We are changing that.
