Coronavirus Update

  • We are currently open for business at our brick and mortar locations, but that may change at a moment’s notice.
  • We have reliable systems and technology in place for our entire Team to work remotely with no interruption to our ability to communicate with you using your contact information on file, and anyone related to your matter – depending of course on any infrastructure issues impacting others ability to communicate.
  • Your matter may have upcoming events at offsite locations, e.g., depositions, court appearances, settlement conferences, etc. Whether these take place in person or remotely, if at all, depends in large part on other parties involved, including the court system. And of course, your comfort level with traveling or being in a public place.
  • The jurisdictions that we practice in have begun to re-open, some faster than others, and some using remote technology. We will stay on top of any notices that may impact scheduling of any court events involving your matter and keep you informed.

We will do our best to keep you informed of anything that may impact the progress of your matter.  However, this is an unprecedented occurrence and certain things may be out of our control.

Feel free to connect with anyone here if you have any questions or concerns.

Please stay safe, be smart, and this too shall pass.

About Minchella Law

We love the law. For Tony Minchella, it started in 6th grade. His government teacher let the class conduct a mock trial, and Tony was assigned to defend his best friend. Thanks to Tony’s defense strategy, the jury acquitted him. Tony was hooked on the law and still is. And the entire Minchella Law team is hooked on doing its best for you.

We love the law and being lawyers. It is what we were meant to do. We love listening to clients. We love giving advice. We love getting good results. Some colleagues at a large firm Tony worked for nicknamed him the law “junkie” because Tony wanted to discuss his cases all of the time with any lawyer who would listen.
