5 Year Battle Against Church Results in Trial and Appellate Court Victory

Minchella Law represented a small Fairfield County electrical contractor under an alternative fee arrangement in an effort to obtain payment for material and labor rendered through a general contractor that ultimately was terminated from a large commercial project. Minchella Law pursued the project owner represented by a mid-size Connecticut defense firm, won at trial 100% of the contractor’s damages plus over $11,000 in interest and prevailed at the Appellate Court which affirmed the trial court’s decision. Read the decision here.
