We recovered a confidential settlement on behalf of our client, a former senior level manager with a Fortune 50 company, after 11 days of trial in federal court. The claims were for sex discrimination and retaliation. The Fortune 50 company was defended by two partners who head the employment law department of a large northeast law firm.
