We helped an attorney successfully defend claims by his former law partner and spouse that she was entitled to additional distributions from their former law partnership. We prevailed on a summary judgment motion, thereby avoiding a costly trial, and then successfully defended that ruling on appeal to the Connecticut Supreme Court. Read the court’s decision here.
