Ms. Richter provides paralegal support to the firm. A Connecticut native, she graduated summa cum laude from Naugatuck Valley Community College with an Associate in Science, Legal Assistant/Paralegal studies.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Richter worked as a defense paralegal at a personal injury law firm in Cheshire, where she handled cases from inception through resolution at trial or settlement. She also served as an administrative assistant for a global manufacturing corporation in Torrington, assisting with the review, negotiation, and execution of non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.

At Minchella Law, Ms. Richter’s responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, interviewing witnesses, discovery preparation and review, summarizing deposition transcripts, trial transcripts, and medical records, correspondence with opposing counsel, court officers and clients, and trial preparation and support.
