Garrett Borden

Garrett Borden

Garrett graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2024 with high honors. Garrett’s studies focused on commercial litigation, contract development, bankruptcy, antitrust, and unfair trade practices.

During his time at Quinnipiac University School of Law, Garrett served as the research and symposium editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review and president of the QUSL Business Law Society. In 2023, Garrett organized the Texas Gulf Sulphur at 55 Symposium discussing the past and present of insider trading and securities litigation case law.

Prior to attending law school, Garrett served for eight years as the chief operations officer of a publishing company handling contract negotiations, workplace compliance, risk management, and employment matters.
