Mr. Minchella provides paralegal support to the firm. After graduating cum laude from St. Bonaventure University in 2017, he began his career as a junior paralegal here at Minchella Law. After earning his M.S. in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University in 2022 he began work as a stakeholder management specialist, providing strategic communication support during complex construction projects for several north eastern utility companies. In 2025 he enrolled at Quinnipiac Law School as a part time student and returned to the legal field in 2026.

Mr. Minchella’s responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, interviewing witnesses, preparing and reviewing discovery, summarizing deposition and trial transcripts, reviewing and analyzing medical records, corresponding with opposing counsel, court personnel, and clients, and providing comprehensive support throughout all phases of trial preparation.
