Ms. Foran, a Connecticut native, is the firm’s Director of Legal Operations and Senior Paralegal. She graduated magna cum laude from Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut, with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. Ms. Foran then worked as a paralegal intern for the Fort Lee (n/k/a Fort Gregg-Adams), Virginia Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, a clerk’s assistant for the Court of Appeals of Virginia, and a paralegal for a small general practice law firm in Virginia. After returning home to Connecticut in 2008, Ms. Foran joined Minchella Law as a paralegal. In 2021, after thirteen years with the firm, Ms. Foran was promoted to Director of Legal Operations & Senior Paralegal.

Ms. Foran helps drive the firm’s growth initiatives to reach its vision of being the best small firm in the region – in technology, processes, systems and topflight client services. Her day-to-day responsibilities include assisting the managing partner in all aspects of the firm’s operational effectiveness, supervising the daily work of support staff, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery preparation and review, correspondence with opposing counsel and court officers, client communication and contact, document review and production, and trial preparation and support.
