Ms. Tucker is the firm’s Senior Legal Practice Assistant.  She graduated from the Connecticut Business Institute in 1986 with a 4.0 and a certificate in word processing. Thereafter, she began her career as a legal secretary with the prominent law firm Sachs, Berman & Shure, P.C. in New Haven. Since then, Ms. Tucker has worked in both small and mid-sized Connecticut law firms. In 2014, Ms. Tucker joined Minchella Law as a Legal Assistant and, in March 2022, she was promoted to Senior Legal Practice Assistant.

Ms. Tucker’s responsibilities include gathering and organizing evidence, transcribing, drafting pleadings and motions, corresponding with opposing counsel, court officers and clients, assisting in the firm’s billing and invoicing processes, and assisting firm management in the development of process improvements.
