Ms. Foran is Minchella Law’s Director of Legal Operations and Senior Paralegal. A Connecticut native, she graduated magna cum laude from Post University in Waterbury with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. She began her legal career in Virginia, serving as a as a paralegal intern for the Fort Lee (n/k/a Fort Gregg-Adams), Virginia Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, as a clerk’s assistant for the Court of Appeals of Virginia, and as a paralegal for a small general practice law firm. In 2008, she returned to Connecticut and joined Minchella Law, where she was promoted to her current leadership position in 2021. 

As Director of Legal Operations, Ms. Foran works closely with Attorney Minchella to guide the firm’s administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing firm-wide policies and procedures, overseeing human resource functions such as hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation, and administering compensation, benefits and professional development programs. She also coordinates the adoption and optimization of legal technology, manages internal communications and marketing support, and helps enhance both the employee and client experience.

In addition to her operational leadership, Ms. Foran serves as a senior litigation paralegal, providing high-level support across all phases of litigation. She drafts pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and subpoenas; coordinates depositions, hearings and trial preparation; conducts document review and production; and assists with case strategy, legal research and trial exhibits.

Her dual role uniquely positions her to bridge legal, administrative, and operations functions—ensuring that day-to-day execution is aligned with the firm’s long-term goals and delivering effective support for both attorneys and clients.
