Ms. Foran is Minchella Law’s Director of Operations. A Connecticut native, she graduated magna cum laude from Post University in Waterbury with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. She began her legal career in Virginia, serving as a paralegal intern for the Fort Lee (n/k/a Fort Gregg-Adams) Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, as a clerk’s assistant for the Court of Appeals of Virginia, and as a paralegal for a small general practice law firm. In 2008, she returned to Connecticut and joined Minchella Law as a part-time paralegal. Through exceptional dedication, skill, and leadership, she advanced alongside the firm as it grew, was promoted to Director of Legal Operations & Senior Paralegal in 2021, and assumed the role of Director of Operations in 2026.

As Director of Operations, Ms. Foran works in close partnership with Attorney Minchella to guide the firm’s administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing firm-wide policies and procedures; directly supervising, training, and mentoring support staff; overseeing human resource functions such as hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation; administering compensation, benefits, and professional development programs; coordinating staffing structures and work assignments; and managing internal communications and marketing support. She also plays an active role in evaluating and implementing legal technology and workflow tools to improve efficiency and service delivery. Her focus remains on strengthening firmwide systems and processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality client service and legal representation while enhancing both the employee and client experience.
